Hello I'm Emma, founder of Aluma UK.
After 22+ years in the beauty industry and training as a counsellor, I've created a safe healing space exclusively for women.
many women I treat are living in survival mode ,carrying trauma, grief , exhaustion . meeting generational expectations, and staying in constant fight-or-flight. This includes neurodivergent women who may have spent decades masking and trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for them, often leading to late diagnosis and years of wondering why everything felt so much harder.
This chronic stress creates inflammation and manifests as anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and deep exhaustion from years of pushing through and trying to meet impossible standards.
When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, your body can't heal. Through therapeutic massage and bodywork, I help create safety in your body - the foundation for all healing. When you feel truly safe and understood, your nervous system can finally shift from surviving to thriving.
I specialise in trauma-informed therapeutic massage that helps you reconnect with your body and release what you've been carrying.
