Naomi

Naomi approaches health with a deep respect for the connection between body, mind, and movement.

With experience in osteopathy, massage therapy, Pilates, and medical acupuncture, Naomi believes true wellbeing comes from harmony—physical ease, emotional balance, and confidence in your own body. She sees every client as unique, tailoring treatments to their personal journey rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions.

Before specialising in osteopathy, Naomi worked with the mental health charity Mind, where she developed a strong understanding of the importance of mental and emotional wellbeing in physical health. This experience shaped her compassionate approach and reinforced her commitment to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

Graduating with a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University College of Osteopathy in 2024, Naomi’s training spans general clinics and specialist settings, including Women’s Health and Transgender and Non-Binary Health clinics. This breadth has deepened her understanding of diverse bodies and needs, reinforcing her belief that care should always be inclusive, compassionate, and empowering.

Naomi offers a range of therapies — from osteopathy and sports massage to pregnancy massage, deep tissue, facial massage, and manual lymphatic drainage — all designed to support your body’s natural healing. She combines these with personalised Pilates coaching, focusing on helping you move with greater ease, strength, and confidence.

She is passionate about movement not just as exercise, but as a vital part of living well—helping clients rediscover joy in everyday activities, regain autonomy over their bodies, and find balance amidst life’s challenges.

What I Believe...

Wellbeing happens when body and mind are in balance. By honoring our body’s wisdom and reclaiming its autonomy, we restore the natural harmony and homeostasis that keep us feeling whole. When we find our way back to health in one aspect, the rest often follows.

My mission is to help you feel more comfortable in your body, move with less pain or restriction, and experience the freedom that comes from being truly in tune with yourself.
