Terms of service.

By booking an appointment at Bodyspace Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations (see below).

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of your treatment, payable by cash, card or other accepted methods.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not been confirmed with a deposit when required.

Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit or may be subject to a 50% charge if no deposit was taken.

  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the practitioner.

Respect & Behaviour

  • Bodyspace Collective is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all clients and practitioners.

  • Inappropriate behaviour, including any sexually suggestive comments, aggression, or verbal abuse, will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to future services being declined.

  • Disrespect toward our team will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel treatment if we feel our staff’s safety or wellbeing is at risk.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be cancelled and considered a no-show.

Health & Medical Disclosure

  • Please inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or changes in your wellbeing before your session.

  • Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions, and full disclosure ensures your safety and the best possible care.
